🧱 1. Containerized Units
These are modified or purpose-built steel container structures that serve as the core product. They are strong, weather-resistant, and can be finished for many purposes such as:
Site Offices – workspaces on construction or project sites.
Accommodation Units – living quarters for workers or temporary housing.
Shops / Units – retail kiosks, container cafes/restaurants, or pop-up spaces.
Hygiene Facilities – toilet and shower containers, washrooms.
Storage Containers – secure storage for tools, materials, equipment.
They can be single or multi-storey and often have insulation, A/C, electrical wiring, windows and doors installed at the factory.
Features:
- 🛠️ Structural & Build Features
- Modular container construction: Made from high-strength steel frames and panels, either purpose-built containers or modified shipping containers.
- Insulated panels: Walls typically have insulated sandwich panels (e.g., ~60 mm walls, ~110 mm roofs) for thermal comfort in hot climates.
- Bolted or welded system: Some containers are created using bolted joints instead of welds for easier assembly and relocation.
- Durable exterior: Designed to resist weather, corrosion, and tough site conditions common in UAE projects.
